Customer reviews:
I recently had my rear brake pads replaced at Two Tech in Dartford, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Although they are known as Renault specialists, they were more than happy to welcome my Nissan X-Trail for servicing, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Jo, who were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and confident in leaving my vehicle in their care. Matt, along with the technician who carried out the work, did an excellent job. They took the time to clearly explain what had been done to my vehicle, which demonstrated both transparency and a genuine commitment to customer service. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a team that not only delivers high-quality workmanship but also values clear communication and customer satisfaction. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to return for future work. Thank you again to the whole team—I look forward to bringing my vehicle back for any further servicing needs. And I hope you enjoyed the Coca-Cola as a small token of appreciation!
