Excellent service from everyone at Essex Service Centre. They went above and beyond to help with my car, coming out to my home on two occasions and always taking the time to answer any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble, and they even arranged to collect the car from home to replace the battery. Friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. Couldn’t ask for more. I cannot recommend Essex Service Centre highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the level of care, professionalism and genuine willingness to help was simply exceptional.
Every single member of staff – from the owner and his son to the reception team, technicians and mechanics – treated me with warmth, respect and kindness. They are a true family business, and you can immediately feel the difference. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome.
I took my Tesla in with suspension and shock absorber issues, and the team immediately got to work investigating the problem. What impressed me most was their determination to find a solution rather than simply offer excuses. They went far beyond what most customers would expect, taking the time to diagnose the issue properly and remedy matters straight away.
Nothing was too much trouble. Their knowledge, honesty and willingness to help were second to none. It is increasingly rare these days to come across a business where every member of the team genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Essex Service Centre absolutely delivers.
