I recently had my rear brake pads replaced at Two Tech in Dartford, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Although they are known as Renault specialists, they were more than happy to welcome my Nissan X-Trail for servicing, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Jo, who were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and confident in leaving my vehicle in their care. Matt, along with the technician who carried out the work, did an excellent job. They took the time to clearly explain what had been done to my vehicle, which demonstrated both transparency and a genuine commitment to customer service. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a team that not only delivers high-quality workmanship but also values clear communication and customer satisfaction. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to return for future work. Thank you again to the whole team—I look forward to bringing my vehicle back for any further servicing needs. And I hope you enjoyed the Coca-Cola as a small token of appreciation!

Customer Reviews
72 plate Renault traffic with adblue light that would not reset when topped up, messaged Two Techs via their website Sunday evening, Jo responded the following day and through scanning the vehicle identified adblue module required a software update. Their technicians completed the update same day, light reset and now I can go back to work without worrying about the ‘no start in 80 miles’ warning. I was reluctantly considering an adblue delete but was rightfully advised otherwise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Two Techs certainly lives up to their 5 star reputation. Brought my Alpine A110 for a check over a week after I bought it privately. Terry went over every inch (or should it be mm as it's French?) of the car to make sure everything was ok. Baring in mind it had its 3 year service only two months ago at Alpine, Terry spotted the minutist pimple of corrosion on the front wing. Admittedly it was very small but it just shows how thorough the Two Tech guys are. This garage is like a breath of fresh air so a big thank you to Jo and Terry.

I didn't realise these guys were also on Google!
I've had the pleasure of using this garage for the last 9 years, with two of my cars (as well as a couple of family cars that have needed work over the years).
Very honest people, excellent mechanics and very, very knowledgeable. They also have an awful lot of patience for (admittedly) picky people like myself, who are very fussy over who we let loose on our cars and are happy to take the time to explain what needs doing to the car, and why, along with recommending/advising on other items that may become due in the near future.
Sure, they're not the cheapest, but, as I learned the hard way, you get what you pay for. Pay for quality, get quality. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.
Anything I've ever wanted done on the car has been done, with no fuss and no drama and, to be fair, at a reasonable price when you take into consideration that most of my cars are older ones where the old adage of "every one-hour job is just one rusty bolt away from being a three-day nightmare" most certainly rings true!
I can't recommend them enough and, indeed, have done so via word of mouth and FB Group posts (I'm admin of one of the many Renault Groups on there) many times in the past - every single person I have sent there has told me the same thing - for once, a good, honest garage who know what they're talking about.

Very glad to have found this specialist, Terry and team are super experienced and Two Techs is now my go to place for all things Alpine A110.
