After someone failed to brake in time and lightly hit the back of my car, I was left with broken fog lights/reverse light bulb and several scratches. This garage inspected the car thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and provided the most reasonable quote compared to three other local garages. The work was carried out perfectly — the repairs were flawless and my car was returned in absolutely pristine condition. What really stood out was the attention to detail: not only was the exterior immaculate, but the interior had also been spruced up, which was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful at every step of the process. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish. I will definitely be using this garage again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I booked on BookMyGarage, got a call confirming the appointment the next day, and MOT was done the day after. I found the staff to be very professional, had no issues at all. Really recommend this garage. Have had my last 2 services and MOTs done here both times at very reasonable price. Most recently I needed a new clutch, exhaust box and a sensor replaced. One of those everything going wrong at once moments we dread but because I had been serviced here a few weeks before the guys were kind enough to only charge me for parts and no labour on the exhaust and sensor. They never try to upsell work you don’t need doing and give sensible honest advice when something goes wrong. Brilliant service I’ll be using for a long time!

I recently had my rear brake pads replaced at Two Tech in Dartford, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Although they are known as Renault specialists, they were more than happy to welcome my Nissan X-Trail for servicing, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Jo, who were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and confident in leaving my vehicle in their care. Matt, along with the technician who carried out the work, did an excellent job. They took the time to clearly explain what had been done to my vehicle, which demonstrated both transparency and a genuine commitment to customer service. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a team that not only delivers high-quality workmanship but also values clear communication and customer satisfaction. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to return for future work. I rarely leave reviews, but felt this garage deserved one. Took my 15-year-old Citroën C1 in to sort some MOT advisories and initially got a bit of a shock at the repair cost, as the car is quite old now. However, the garage took the time to properly explain everything instead of just pressuring me into repairs. They showed me underneath the car, explained the difference between surface rust and structural rust, and clearly showed what had been replaced. I also appreciated that they kept the catalytic converter instead of replacing unnecessary parts. Invoice breakdown was detailed with parts and labour clearly listed. The car feels noticeably better to drive afterwards too. Not the cheapest bill, but I appreciated the honesty, transparency and willingness to explain things properly. Hard to find garages like that nowadays.
