I rarely leave reviews, but felt this garage deserved one. Took my 15-year-old Citroën C1 in to sort some MOT advisories and initially got a bit of a shock at the repair cost, as the car is quite old now. However, the garage took the time to properly explain everything instead of just pressuring me into repairs. They showed me underneath the car, explained the difference between surface rust and structural rust, and clearly showed what had been replaced. I also appreciated that they kept the catalytic converter instead of replacing unnecessary parts. Invoice breakdown was detailed with parts and labour clearly listed. The car feels noticeably better to drive afterwards too. Not the cheapest bill, but I appreciated the honesty, transparency and willingness to explain things properly. Hard to find garages like that nowadays.

I had an outstanding experience with OAKCROFT Garage. The service offered exceptional value for money, and the reception staff were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. Really recommend this garage. Have had my last 2 services and MOTs done here both times at very reasonable price. Most recently I needed a new clutch, exhaust box and a sensor replaced. One of those everything going wrong at once moments we dread but because I had been serviced here a few weeks before the guys were kind enough to only charge me for parts and no labour on the exhaust and sensor. They never try to upsell work you don’t need doing and give sensible honest advice when something goes wrong. Brilliant service I’ll be using for a long time!

I had a week left for renewing my MOT when I found this place. Had availability within 2 days. I booked on BookMyGarage, got a call confirming the appointment the next day, and MOT was done the day after. I found the staff to be very professional, had no issues at all.
